Julian Lage Solo World’s Fair 10-Year Anniversary Tour
“現代ジャズ・ギターの最高峰”との呼び声も高い鬼才、ジュリアン・ラージが自身初のソロ作品『World’s Fair』リリースから10年を記念してソロ・アコースティック・ツアーを実施する。
5歳でギターを始め、12歳でグラミー賞授賞式での演奏を行なうなど、幼少期よりギターの神童として注目を浴び、15歳でゲイリー・バートンのバンドに抜擢。目下の最新作『スピーク・トゥ・ミー』ではシンガーソングライターのジョー・ヘンリーをプロデューサーに迎え、フォーク、ゴスペルなどルーツ・ミュージックの要素も反映した独自の音作りに磨きをかけている。
巨星ハービー・ハンコックに「心と意思と魂でプレイするミュージシャン」と称賛されたジュリアン・ラージを見逃すわけにはいかない。
